Gools End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and UAB Good Boy Labs ("Good Boy Labs", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your use of the Gools application ("Application").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to this EULA.
1. License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and our Terms of Service, Good Boy Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in Apple's applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Application to you.
You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the Application or the license granted to you, except as expressly permitted by applicable law or Apple's applicable Usage Rules.
The Application is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Terms of Service
Your use of the Application is also governed by the Gools Terms of Service.

If there is a conflict between this EULA and the Terms of Service, this EULA governs only with respect to the license to use the Application, while the Terms of Service governs other aspects of your use of the Service.
3. AI-Generated Content
The Application uses artificial intelligence to generate checklists and other content.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
The Application is a general productivity tool and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, safety, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated content before relying on or acting upon it.
You must not rely on the Application as a substitute for professional advice or emergency services.
4. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its software, design, user interface, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other materials provided by Good Boy Labs, is owned by or licensed to Good Boy Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You receive only the limited license expressly granted by this EULA.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Good Boy Labs and its licensors.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of content that you submit to the Application, subject to the rights necessary for Good Boy Labs to operate the Service.
By submitting content, you grant Good Boy Labs the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, and use that content to provide the Application and related services.

6. Maintenance and Support
Good Boy Labs is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Application, to the extent required by applicable law or otherwise provided by us.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Application.

7. Warranty
The Application is provided subject to any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Good Boy Labs disclaims other warranties relating to the Application, including warranties that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your circumstances.
If the Application fails to conform to an applicable warranty that cannot legally be excluded, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the Application where applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligations concerning the Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are the responsibility of Good Boy Labs.
Nothing in this EULA limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Product Claims and Liability
Good Boy Labs is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Application and your possession or use of the Application, including claims relating to product liability, consumer protection, regulatory requirements, and applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Good Boy Labs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
9. Intellectual Property Claims
In the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Good Boy Labs, not Apple, will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim, to the extent required by applicable law.
10. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
you are at least 18 years old;
you will use the Application only for lawful purposes;
you are not located in a region subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" region; and
you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Application.
11. Third-Party Terms
Your use of the Application may be subject to applicable third-party terms.
In particular, your use of Apple's services, including the App Store, Sign in with Apple, and In-App Purchases, is subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Application.
12. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
You and Good Boy Labs acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Good Boy Labs and not with Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
13. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections provided by mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
Nothing in this EULA limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
